These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between the customer and TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), the operator of Tianguang Select and https://tianguangselect.com, and govern use of the website, product purchases, payments, delivery, returns, and customer support.

Registered office: Unit 98 of Factory A, 1/F, Union Hing Yip Factory Building, No. 20 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Orders ship from Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The Hong Kong registered office handles trade, contracting, and business administration. It is not the shipping origin or a return address.
Product information and installation
We work to keep titles, images, dimensions, materials, finishes, electrical specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Natural materials, handmade finishes, screens, and production batches may cause reasonable variation. Lighting should be installed by a qualified professional according to local codes and product instructions.
Standard online orders
Eligible standard online orders to Platform-supported destinations worldwide, excluding China (CN) receive free standard delivery with no minimum. Contiguous U.S. + DC: about 21 calendar days; other supported destinations: about 5–8 weeks.
Optional Customization Service
We offer optional customization for selected lighting designs. Availability and lead times vary depending on the product and requested modifications. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.

Worldwide shipping and custom timing
Contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 18 calendar days in transit, about 21 calendar days total. Other supported destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 4–7 weeks in transit, about 5–8 weeks total. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations and special freight arrangements require confirmation with customer service. For oversized or special-freight orders, customer service confirms the delivery arrangement and any access requirements before dispatch. For custom orders, contact customer service to confirm production time; production time is additional. Our team will reply after reviewing your message and discuss the details with you.
Free shipping to supported destinations worldwide, excluding China (CN) Export and destination import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes are included. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Oversized freight is delivered to a safe, accessible outdoor ground-level point near the street or driveway entrance. Carrying items inside, stairs, unpacking, installation, and packaging removal are not included. Truck access, unloading equipment and liftgate suitability are confirmed for the shipment; appointments and signatures depend on the booked service.
