Shipping & custom-order timing
Shipping: Free shipping to supported destinations worldwide, excluding China (CN) includes export and destination import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
Contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 18 calendar days in transit, about 21 calendar days total. Other supported destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii: approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 4–7 weeks in transit, about 5–8 weeks total. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations and special freight arrangements require confirmation with customer service.
For oversized or special-freight orders, customer service confirms the delivery arrangement and any access requirements before dispatch.
Custom orders: For custom orders, contact customer service to confirm production time; production time is additional. Contact us before ordering to confirm specifications, total price, and the schedule in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices apply only to non-customized orders. For custom orders, contact customer service to confirm production time; production time is additional to the stated preparation and delivery estimate.
30-day returns — approval required
Returns: Eligible return requests for defective and non-defective products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For a non-defective preference return, products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete. Contact us for written authorization before shipping any return.
Method and fees: Approved returns are by mail. For an eligible change-of-mind or other non-defective preference return, the customer purchases a trackable return label and pays return shipping. For a confirmed defect, transit damage, or fulfillment error, we arrange or cover any return shipping we require under the Return and Refund Policy. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are accepted after review. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or after a refund is otherwise approved.

A metal wall lantern with a replaceable E26 bulb base and a listed 19.7-inch height. Confirm the model’s location rating and complete mounting dimensions before choosing an exterior installation.
Specifications
| Materials | Metal. |
|---|---|
| Height | 19.7 in. |
| Width | 7.9 in. |
| Additional measurement | 7.1 in is listed without a confirmed direction; do not assume it is the wall projection or backplate size. |
| Light source / bulb base | Replaceable E26 bulb. Bulb inclusion is not confirmed. |
| Listed voltage / installation | 110V; hardwired. |
| Weather exposure | A model-specific IP rating or damp/wet-location suitability has not been confirmed in the available specifications. |
Before you order
Before ordering for outdoor use, obtain model-specific evidence for the intended exposure, including direct rain where applicable. Do not assume that the outdoor category establishes wet-location suitability. Also confirm wall projection, backplate dimensions, bulb inclusion and maximum wattage.
Ask about this exact model. Include your selected size, installation location and required controls.
Installation and certification
A qualified installer should check wiring, support and clearances. U.S. electrical configuration is confirmed for the selected order. Any required UL or ETL listing must be verified for the exact model; testing or documentation support does not mean that a product is already listed.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Orders ship from Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The legal operator is TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED, a Hong Kong registered trading company.
Free delivery to destinations available at checkout, excluding China, includes export and destination import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. These import charges are paid by us; applicable domestic sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. For the contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC, standard non-custom orders are estimated at approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 18 calendar days in transit, about 21 calendar days total. For other supported destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii, allow approximately 3 calendar days of preparation plus 4–7 weeks in transit, about 5–8 weeks total. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For custom orders, contact customer service to confirm production time; production time is additional. Remote destinations and special freight require timing confirmation before ordering.
Delivery to your address is included. Packed dimensions, gross weight, route and carrier determine the service. For oversized items, remote addresses, or special freight, customer service confirms the delivery point, access, unloading, appointment and signature arrangements before dispatch. A curbside or other special handover applies only where confirmed for that shipment. Carrying goods upstairs, indoor placement, unpacking and installation are not included unless expressly confirmed for your order.
Read the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Warranty Service. Preference returns require customer-paid return shipping under the policy; the 30-day return-request window is not a free trial.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?
The two-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects after professional installation, under our Warranty Service terms. For support, contact us by email, WhatsApp, or through our contact page.
Can I choose color temperature or brightness?
Use the light-source information and configuration options beside the purchase buttons. For a different color temperature, an existing wall dimmer, or a special control system, contact us before ordering to confirm model compatibility, price, and timing. A cart note alone does not change the ordered configuration.
Is the voltage and plug prepared for U.S. homes?
Yes. U.S.-market products are planned around 110-120V compatibility, the listed plug option, or hardwired installation guidance when applicable. For older outlets or non-standard setups, add a note or message us so we can confirm the right route before production.
