Warranty Service

Tianguang Select provides a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Covered issues

• Verified manufacturing defects in covered fixture parts.
• Verified electrical-component defects under normal use.
• Verified product-quality issues that prevent safe or intended use.

Not covered

• Incorrect installation, wiring, assembly, mounting, or unauthorized modification.
• Misuse, accidents, impact, improper cleaning, environmental damage, or use outside the stated rating.
• Normal wear, finish aging, handmade variation, natural-material variation, or cosmetic preference changes.
• Bulbs, batteries, and consumable parts unless the product page states otherwise.

How to request service

Send your order number, product name, installation date, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. If approved, the remedy may include parts, repair guidance, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
