Warranty Service

Tianguang Select provides a 2-year warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use, starting from the delivery date.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects in covered fixture parts.
• Electrical component defects under normal use.
• Product quality issues that prevent safe or intended use.

What the warranty does not cover

• Incorrect installation, wiring, assembly, or mounting.
• Misuse, accidents, impact damage, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear, finish aging, small handmade variations, or cosmetic changes caused by environment.
• Bulbs, batteries, and other consumable parts unless clearly included by the product page.
• Outdoor damage when an item is used outside its stated weather rating.

How warranty service works

Contact us with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue. If the issue is covered, we may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.
