These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between the customer and TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), the operator of Tianguang Select and https://tianguangselect.com, and govern use of the website, product purchases, payments, delivery, returns, and customer support.

Tianguang Select is operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), Business Registration Certificate No. 80039146-000-03-26-4. Registered office: Unit 98 of Factory A, 1/F, Union Hing Yip Factory Building, No. 20 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Our lighting operations, fulfillment coordination, and approved return handling are based in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

Product information and installation

We work to keep titles, images, dimensions, materials, finishes, electrical specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Natural materials, handmade finishes, screens, and production batches may cause reasonable variation. Lighting should be installed by a qualified professional according to local codes and product instructions.

Standard online orders

Eligible standard online orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states receive free standard delivery with no minimum. Estimated total delivery is 14–21 business days.

Optional Customization Service

We offer optional customization for selected lighting designs. Availability and lead times vary depending on the product and requested modifications. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.
