Shipping Policy

Tianguang Select offers free door-to-door shipping for eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States. Shipping is arranged from our Guangdong, China supply chain or from partner logistics locations when available.

Order processing

Most standard orders are processed in 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order, oversized, fragile, or custom-related lighting may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated transit time is usually 7 to 25 business days after dispatch, depending on product size, shipping route, carrier capacity, customs processing, and whether air freight or ocean freight is used. Large fixtures and heavy outdoor products may take longer.

Shipping cost

Standard door-to-door shipping is free for eligible products delivered to the contiguous United States. If an address is in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a remote area, or requires special delivery service, we may contact you before shipment if additional arrangements are needed.

Delivery and inspection

Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, take photos before opening it. If the product is damaged or has a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and videos.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address correction, redelivery, or storage fee is caused by incorrect information, the customer may be responsible for the extra cost.
