Standard online orders

Standard, non-customized products are paid in full through the secure online checkout. The price and 14–21-business-day estimated total delivery shown for a standard product apply only to the non-customized order selected at checkout.

Optional Customization Service

We offer optional customization for selected lighting designs. Availability and lead times vary depending on the product and requested modifications. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.

Charges and order confirmation

We do not add an undisclosed shipping threshold or separate standard-delivery charge for eligible orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Any exceptional cost that could apply to an optional customization request must be included in the written quotation and accepted before payment.
