Return and Refund Policy

We want every product to arrive as described and work properly. Tianguang Select accepts return or refund requests within 30 days of delivery when the product has a verified quality issue.

30-day quality issue window

If your product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered item, or has a verified manufacturing quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos or videos, and a short description of the issue.

What is not eligible

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, color preference, installation difficulty, normal wear, damage caused by misuse, damage caused by incorrect installation, modified products, or products that have been installed or used in a way that prevents safe resale or inspection.

How we resolve approved claims

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer replacement parts, repair support, a replacement product, or a refund. The remedy depends on the product type, issue, and whether the product can be repaired safely.

Return authorization

Do not send any product back without written authorization from us. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are usually processed after the claim is confirmed or after the returned item has been received and inspected, depending on the case. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
