We offer optional customization for selected lighting designs. Availability and lead times vary depending on the product and requested modifications. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.

Customization may include dimensions, materials, finish, electrical configuration, hanging length, color temperature, voltage, dimming, or quantity, subject to product feasibility. The standard 14–21-business-day delivery estimate applies only to non-customized orders.
