Payment Policy

All available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes shown at checkout are presented before payment is submitted.

Currency and pricing

Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is displayed by Shopify or your selected payment experience. Our Hong Kong trade structure helps support cross-border settlement and more efficient exchange handling for international orders.

Custom order deposit

Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts. After the product is made, we can confirm the finished item with photos, video, or voice communication. Feasible changes can be requested before shipment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Custom changes and additional costs

If a customization request changes product cost, production time, shipping method, or import handling, we will confirm the details with you before production or before collecting any additional charge.

Air freight upgrades

Default shipping is usually ocean freight. Small lighting products may be upgraded to air freight for free when available. For medium and large products, if you request air freight and it is approved, you are responsible for paying the difference between air freight and the included ocean freight cost before shipment.

Import duties and taxes

If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or special clearance costs apply, the final handling can be discussed with customer support. Please contact us before ordering or before shipment if you need a confirmed duty or tax arrangement in writing.
