Return and Refund Policy

Tianguang Select accepts return or refund requests within 30 days of delivery when the product has a verified quality issue.

30-day quality issue window

If your product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered item, or has a verified manufacturing quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos or videos, and a short description of the issue.

Custom products

Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts. After production, we can confirm the finished product with photos, video, or voice communication. Feasible changes can be requested before shipment, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Custom products, products with approved order-note changes, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind, size preference, color preference, or project changes. If a custom product has a verified quality issue, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.

What is not eligible

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, color preference, installation difficulty, normal wear, damage caused by misuse, damage caused by incorrect installation, modified products, or products that have been installed or used in a way that prevents safe resale or inspection.

Return authorization

Do not send any product back without written authorization from us. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm whether the product should be returned to our Guangdong return address.

Return shipping and refund handling

Return shipping, replacement parts, repair support, replacement product, or refund handling will be confirmed during the claim review based on the product issue, product size, order location, and available solution.
