Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains preparation time and transit time separately so customers can understand the full delivery timeline before purchasing.
Shipping and operations coordination
Tianguang Select is operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), a Hong Kong registered company. Daily customer support, product coordination, quality checks, customization communication, and shipping arrangements are managed through our Guangdong operations office at Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, close to lighting suppliers and export logistics partners.
Order preparation time
- Non-custom products: most orders require 3 to 7 business days of preparation before shipment. Some ready items can ship as fast as 1 business day.
- Custom products: most custom orders require 2 to 3 weeks of production time before shipment.
- Customization notes: all products support order notes or customization requests where feasible. Please contact us before ordering if the change affects size, finish, color temperature, mounting, cord length, or project requirements.
Transit time after preparation
After preparation or production is complete, default shipping usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks in transit. Most medium and large lighting orders ship by ocean freight unless an air freight upgrade is confirmed in writing.
Free U.S. delivery
We provide free door-to-door shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states for eligible orders. This means delivery to a home, business, or project address in the lower 48 states is included in the listed shipping terms unless a product page or written quote says otherwise.
Outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states
We can accept orders outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and other countries when available. Exact freight cost, delivery method, and service limitations should be confirmed with customer support before shipment.
Air freight upgrades
- Small lighting products: we may upgrade eligible small lights to air freight for free when logistics conditions allow.
- Medium and large lighting products: customers may request air freight. If approved, the customer pays the difference between air freight and the included ocean freight cost before shipment.
Custom order payment and shipment confirmation
Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts. After the product is made, we can confirm the finished item with photos, video, or voice communication. Feasible changes can be requested before shipment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking or delivery information by email or through Shopify. Large, fragile, or project orders may require delivery appointments, signature, freight handoff, or local carrier coordination.
Import duties, taxes, and special fees
If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, storage fees, or special clearance costs apply, the final handling can be discussed with customer support. Please contact us before ordering or before shipment if you need a confirmed duty, tax, or freight arrangement in writing.
