30-day returns — approval required
Returns: Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and approved in writing before they are shipped back.
Method and fees: Approved returns are handled by mail only. The return label is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are accepted after review. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after an approved return is received and inspected, or after a refund is otherwise approved.

Is the 2-year warranty actually valid?
Yes. Each product includes a unique electronic warranty card. Keep it after delivery and contact our team whenever you need support by email, WhatsApp, or through our contact page.
Can I choose color temperature or brightness?
Think of the fixture first as furniture, then choose the light setup. Leave fixed Kelvin, 3-color adjustable, dimming, or lumen requests in the cart note. We check the driver, bulb base, voltage, and any timing or cost change before production.
Is the voltage and plug prepared for U.S. homes?
Yes. U.S.-market products are planned around 110-120V compatibility, the listed plug option, or hardwired installation guidance when applicable. For older outlets or non-standard setups, add a note or message us so we can confirm the right route before production.

U.S. standard & custom options
Standard U.S. configuration. U.S. orders are prepared for 110–120V, 60Hz, using hardwired connection or a U.S. plug according to product type. Rechargeable and solar products retain the low-voltage battery, driver, and charging system specified for that design.
Where a light source is supplied and no other color temperature is selected, the default is 3000K warm white. Replaceable-bulb models use E26 or E12 sockets where applicable; G4, G9, and integrated LED designs retain their specified matched light source. Bulbs are included only when the product page states that they are included.
Customization is available before production. We can review size, finish, material, hanging length, canopy, voltage, plug or socket type, color temperature, dimming, light output, and quantity.
