Shipping & custom-order timing
Shipping: Free shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states includes export and U.S. import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes. Applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
Standard, non-custom orders: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 21–30 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 28–37 calendar days total.
Oversized, non-custom orders requiring curbside freight delivery: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare and 45 calendar days in transit; allow approximately 52 calendar days total.
Custom orders: For custom production time and delivery details, contact customer service. Our team will reply after reviewing your message and discuss your requirements and schedule. Contact us before ordering to confirm specifications, total price, and the schedule in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.
30-day returns — approval required
Returns: Eligible return requests for defective and non-defective products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For a non-defective preference return, products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete. Contact us for written authorization before shipping any return.
Method and fees: Approved returns are by mail. For an eligible change-of-mind or other non-defective preference return, the customer purchases a trackable return label and pays return shipping. For a confirmed defect, transit damage, or fulfillment error, we arrange or cover any return shipping we require under the Return and Refund Policy. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are accepted after review. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or after a refund is otherwise approved.

This Tianguang frosted glass shade has a slender teardrop shape, one top opening and a closed pointed bottom. It is supplied as a replacement shade for a correctly matched necked fitter holder.

Choose the right fit
- Match the actual neck, lip thickness, holder depth and screw capture. The nominal fitter is not the clear bulb-entry diameter and is not a threaded UNO interface.
- The separately listed A19 bulb envelopes (58.2–60 mm) and G25 envelope (78.7 mm) exceed the 49.2 mm entry. They cannot pass through that opening and are not recommended as a direct-fit combination.
- The listed 175.3 mm T10 bulb is longer than the shade’s 154 mm outside height. A suitable enclosed assembly is not established.
- A nominal 48.3 mm GU10 lamp leaves only 0.9 mm diametrical difference to the entry; rounded dimensions do not establish insertion clearance. GU10 also needs a GU10 holder and does not directly fit E12 or E26 sockets.
- A 35.6 mm-wide E12 lamp is a geometric selection candidate, not a tested kit. Check internal taper, socket position, overall lamp length, heat clearance and the matching shade holder.

Installation information
Install only with a holder that securely captures the actual shade neck and with a bulb/socket combination that provides the required clearances and heat limits. Do not support this necked shade using an E26 retaining ring without an engineered matching interface.

Will an A19 bulb fit through the opening?
The listed A19 bulbs are wider than the 49.2 mm entry and cannot pass through it.
Does the 2-1/4-inch fitter describe the bulb opening?
No. The nominal fitter is 2-1/4 inches; the clear bulb-entry opening is 1-15/16 inches.
