A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Returns: Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and approved in writing before they are shipped back.
