Estimated total delivery is 14–21 business days, including preparation and transportation. Export and U.S. import customs clearance, applicable import duties, and import taxes are included (DDP), so no separate import charge is due on delivery. State or local sales tax, when required, is calculated separately at checkout. Optional customization is available for selected lighting designs. Custom product timing varies by item and requested modification; contact customer service before ordering to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion and delivery schedule in writing. A 35% deposit of the confirmed custom-order total is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Standard product prices and delivery estimates apply only to non-customized orders.
Returns: Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and approved in writing before they are shipped back.
