Return and Refund Policy
Tianguang Select, operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), wants customers to understand the full return and refund process before placing an order. Please review this policy before buying oversized, fragile, custom, or installation-related lighting products.
Return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered item, or has a verified manufacturing quality issue. Include your order number, delivery date, clear photos or videos, packaging photos, and a short description of the issue.
Standard non-custom products
For standard, non-custom products, we review return requests case by case within the 30-day delivery window. A return must be approved in writing before the item is sent back. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, complete with accessories, and packed safely for return transit.
Custom products and order-note changes
Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts. After production, we can confirm the finished product with photos, video, or voice communication. Feasible changes can be requested before shipment, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.
Custom products, made-to-order products, and products with approved order-note changes are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind, size preference, color preference, project changes, or details that were confirmed before shipment. If a custom product has a verified quality issue, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
Items not eligible for return
Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for installed products, used products, modified products, missing parts caused after delivery, incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear, color variation caused by screen or lighting differences, or damage caused by the customer, installer, or project site.
Return authorization
Do not send any product back without written authorization from Tianguang Select. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address, shipping method, packaging requirements, and whether replacement parts, repair support, replacement product, store credit, or refund is the best solution.
Return handling address
Approved returns may be sent to our Guangdong operations and return handling address: Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. This is separate from our Hong Kong registered company address. Contact phone / WhatsApp: +86 178 8690 2225. Do not send any product back without written authorization and return instructions from Tianguang Select.
Return shipping costs
If the issue is confirmed as our quality or fulfillment error, we will confirm the appropriate return shipping, replacement, repair, or refund solution during the claim review. If a non-quality return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, safe packaging, and any loss or damage during return transit.
Refund timing
After an approved returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
