Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale explain the purchase conditions for products sold by Tianguang Select, the boutique lighting site in the Tianguang brand family.
Seller
Tianguang Select is operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司). Registered business address: Unit 98 of Factory A, 1/F, Union Hing Yip Factory Building, No.20 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Daily operations, product coordination, shipping support, and approved return handling are managed through our Guangdong operations office at Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
Before you order
Please review product dimensions, materials, finish, color temperature, installation requirements, preparation time, shipping time, and return terms before ordering. Contact us before purchase if size, finish, installation, shipping, or customization is important for your project.
Payment model
Standard orders are paid through checkout using the payment methods shown there. Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment. Any approved air freight upgrade, remote-area freight, special import handling, or customization cost will be confirmed before collection.
Delivery conditions
Non-custom products usually require 3 to 7 business days of preparation, while custom products usually require 2 to 3 weeks of production. After preparation, default transit usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Free door-to-door shipping applies to eligible orders shipped to the contiguous 48 U.S. states unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Returns and claims
Return, refund, and warranty requests must follow our published Return and Refund Policy and Warranty Service terms. Claims should include the order number, delivery date, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue.
