These Terms of Service apply when you visit Tianguang Select or place an order through https://tianguangselect.com. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.
Company information
Tianguang Select is the boutique lighting site in the Tianguang brand family and is operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司). Registered business address: Unit 98 of Factory A, 1/F, Union Hing Yip Factory Building, No.20 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Daily operations, product coordination, shipping support, and approved return handling are managed through our Guangdong operations office at Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
Product information
We work to keep product titles, photos, dimensions, materials, finishes, prices, and availability accurate. Small color differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, handmade finishes, natural material variation, or production batches.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your order request. We may contact you to confirm details, request missing information, confirm custom requirements, verify payment, or cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, the address is incomplete, payment is not verified, or fulfillment is not possible.
Pricing, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown before checkout in the currency displayed by the store or checkout. Available payment methods, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or special clearance costs apply, the final handling can be discussed with customer support before shipment.
Customization requests
All products support order notes or customization requests where feasible. Custom requests may include finish, size, color temperature, cord length, or project-specific details. A request is not guaranteed until we confirm feasibility, price, and production time in writing.
Custom order deposit and balance
Custom orders require a 35% deposit before production starts. After production, we can confirm the finished product with photos, video, or voice communication. Feasible changes can be requested before shipment, but changes may affect cost or timing. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.
Preparation and shipping
Non-custom products usually require 3 to 7 business days of preparation before shipment, with some ready items shipping as fast as 1 business day. Custom products usually require 2 to 3 weeks of production time before shipment.
After preparation, default shipping usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks and normally ships by ocean freight. Eligible orders include free door-to-door shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states can be accepted, and the specific freight cost can be confirmed with customer support.

Installation
Lighting products should be installed by a qualified professional according to local electrical codes and product instructions. Tianguang Select is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, wiring, mounting, modification, or misuse.
